The smell is excellent like all the others that I have purchased. However, for some reason this Oud butter is very thick and hard to scoop out of the jar. The other Butters that I have purchased from them is not like that. This looks and feels more like a Balm for some reason. I have sent them an email about this. Waiting to hear back from someone.
